CURRIED TURKEY BURGERS
For cooking convenience, purchase ground turkey equipped with a package of Volk's Cook'd Right Sensors.

| onion, minced

| mayonnaise
| | 4
| ounces
| jack cheese

| egg white

| tablespoons
| curry powder

Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise with 1 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder. Place in airtight container and refrigerate for 1-2 days.
- Mix turkey with remaining curry powder, onion, and egg white.
- Shape into patties and grill. Use the Cook'd Right® Sensor to check doneness of patties. Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center of meat. Wait 5-10 seconds. Remove sensor tip and check color. Continue checking with the same sensor until done.
- Top with thinly sliced cheese. Serve on buns with mayonnaise mixture.
