FILLED HAMBURGERS
Mix and match the fillings as you like, but for added flavor, we recommend combining one or two of the condiment fillings in addition to the Peppy Cheese Filling.

CONDIMENT FILLINGS*
- Dill Pickle or Pickle Relish
- Prepared Mustard
- Catsup
- Horseradish
- Onion Slices or Finely Chopped Onion
- Tomato Slices
- Process American Cheese or Cheddar Cheese Slices
*Use one of more of these choices.
PEPPY CHEESE FILLING

Mix all ingredients.
OPTIONAL
- canned Green Chiles, To Taste
- canned Jalapenos, To Taste
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except the fillings.
- Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 3 1/2-inches in diameter.
- Top each of 6 patties with a filling, spreading to within 1/2-inch of the edge.
- Cover with a remaining patty, sealing the edges firmly.
- Broil or grill patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 minutes.
- Use the Cook'd Right® Sensor to check doneness of patties. Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center of meat. Wait 5-10 seconds. Remove sensor tip and check color. Continue checking with the same sensor until done.
