BAKED BEER
BURGERS
To easily tell when the burgers are
done, use Volk's Cook'd Right® Sensor during preparation.
Yield:

Steps for Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine meat, pepper, Tabasco sauce, garlic,
chili sauce, dry onion soup mix, and 1/4 cup of beer.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Baste with remaining 1/4 cup of beer.
- Continue baking and use the Cook'd Right®
Sensor to check doneness of patties.
- Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center
of meat. Wait 5-10 seconds.
- Remove sensor tip and check color.
- Continue checking with the same sensor until
done.
- Discard sensor when finished.
- At about an additional 10 -15 minutes of baking,
patties are done. Sensor tip will be completely orange.
