BURGERS
To easily tell when the burgers
are done, use Volk's Cook'd Right® Sensor during preparation.

instant beef bouillon |

lemon peel; grated |

lemon juice |

sage |

ginger; ground |

pepper |

hot pepper sauce; optional |
Steps for Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
- Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once.
- While cooking, use the Cook'd Right® Sensor to check doneness of patties.
- Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center of meat. Wait 5-10 seconds.
- Remove sensor tip and check color.
- Continue checking with the same sensor until done.
- Discard sensor when finished.
- Patties are done when Sensor tip is completely orange, about 10-15 minutes.
