LEMON PEPPER COD
To easily tell when the cod fillets are done, use Volk's Cook'd Right® Sensor during preparation. If you are so inclined, accompany this quick and easy entrŽe with a Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, or White Zinfandel.

Ingredients

| Cod fillets (or other white fish)
| | 1 1/2
| Tablespoons
| Olive oil
| | 1/4
| Teaspoon
| Lemon pepper
|
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375ˇF.
- Arrange fillets in baking dish.
- Drizzle fillets with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until fish is opaque throughout. You may also check fillets for doneness using a Cook'd Right® Sensor.
- Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center of fillet. Wait 10 seconds.
- Remove sensor tip and check color.
- Continue checking with the same sensor until done.
- Discard sensor when finished.
- Fillet is done when tip of sensor is fully orange.
