SALMON WITH LEMON HERB MAYONNAISE
For cooking convenience, purchase salmon steaks already equipped with Volk's Pop-Up® Timer. Accompany this easy entrŽe with a Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, or White Zinfandel.

| Grated lemon zest

| Unsalted butter

| Tablespoons
| Minced parsley

| Mayonnaise

| 6-oz
| Salmon steaks

Preparation
- Prepare broiler or grill.
- Combine lemon zest, butter, parsley and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill.
- Cook salmon 5-6 minutes per side, until buttonhead of Pop-Up Timer "pops" up.
- Serve salmon with a spoon of lemon mayonnaise.
