CURRIED LAMB PATTIES WITH RADISH RAITA

Raita is traditionally served as a cooling complement to particularly spicy dishes in Indian cuisine, but this yogurt salad is also an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of foods, including the mild curried lamb patties below. To easily tell when the patties are done, use Volk's Cook'd Right® Sensor during preparation.
Servings: 4 servings

1 1/2 Tbsp. mango chutney
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
