BAKED ORANGE PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

| Lean pork chops, thick

| Salt and pepper

| Oranges, sliced thin
| | 1/2
| cup
| Orange juice
| | 2
| tablespoon
| Flour

Preparation
- Arrange pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices.
- Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices. Cover.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree.
- Use the Cook'd Right® Sensor to check doneness of chops. Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center of meat. Wait 5-10 seconds. Remove sensor tip and check color. Continue checking with the same sensor until done, after baking 1 hours. Discard sensor when finished.
