BAKED ORANGE PORK CHOPS

Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 lb Lean pork chops, thick
    Salt and pepper
2   Oranges, sliced thin
1/2 cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Flour

Preparation

  1. Arrange pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices.
  2. Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices. Cover.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree.
  4. Use the Cook'd Right® Sensor to check doneness of chops. Quickly insert dark sensor tip into center of meat. Wait 5-10 seconds. Remove sensor tip and check color. Continue checking with the same sensor until done, after baking 1 hours. Discard sensor when finished.
