MARINATED TURKEY BREAST

To easily tell when the turkey breast is done, purchase a bone-in turkey breast equipped with Volk's Pop-Up® Timer.
Servings: 12

Ingredients

1 5-7 lb. turkey breast,-thawed
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Course-ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Fine-ground black pepper


Preparation

  1. Put turkey breast in roasting bag (Large Size) and place in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour mixture over turkey breast.
  3. Seal bag and make 6 (1/2-inch) cuts in the bag, making sure the Pop-Up® Timer is visible.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 4-5 hours or until the buttonhead of the Timer "pops" up.
  5. Remove excess fat from marinade.
  6. Serve marinade with turkey.
