Flavor-It Tag^®

The Flavor-It Tag allows the processor or retailer to attractively truss the product with a single color twine, elastic trussing string or netting and designate the flavor after injection.

The versatile Flavor-It Tag can either be clamped directly on a leg of the chicken or attached to the twine, elastic trussing string or netting. It is made from food grade materials and can withstand oven temperatures up to 500°F. Available in a variety of colors.
