NORCROSS, GEORGIA - (March 27, 2001) -- Volk Enterprises, Inc. will present their temperature measuring devices designed specifically for the seafood industry at the International Boston Seafood Show, Boston, MA, March 27 through March 29, 2001.

Just as the well-known Pop-Up Timer accurately measures the doneness of meat and poultry, it also precisely calculates the peak of cooked perfection in seafood. Specially calibrated safe cooking temperatures, the Pop-Up Timer adds value to thick-cut fillets, steaks and whole-bodied fish, assuring consumers of a perfectly cooked meal every time.

Volk's Cook'd Right Sensor indicates the doneness of thinner portions of fish by a simple, yet accurate method. Just insert the sensor into the center or thickest portion of the fish. A vivid color change in the tip indicates if the fish is done.
