Description
The
Handi-Clamp is a turkey-trussing device that provides both an attractive
and compact manner of holding the legs while providing easy access to
the body cavity for the consumer.
Features
Sturdy Construction
A unique nylon material securely
holds the bird when chilled or frozen, can be easily removed for washing
or stuffing, and then replaced for cooking.
Attractive Appearance
The clean nylon material is non-corrosive
and maintains its appearance throughout the cooking time.
The
Handi-Clamp meets USDA and FDA requirements for direct inclusion in
meat products.
Applications
Handi-Clamps are compatible for use with conventional,
convection and microwave ovens, and with automatic venting and bagging
systems.
