MAJOR PRODUCT LINES:
When the Pop Up®
Timer's buttonhead pops up, consumers can rest assured
that their poultry, ham, lamb, beef, fish or pork is prepared
perfectly and safely.
Cook'd Right Sensors produce a vivid color change to indicate when meats, poultry or fish are cooked to perfection and to food safety standards.
The Flavor-It
Tag®
identifies the flavors of string-tied or netted rotisserie products.
The tags come in a variety of colors to be matched up to individual
flavoring systems.
The Handi-Clamp®, our flexible nylon turkey-trussing device, can be easily removed for washing or stuffing, and then replaced for cooking.
The Hok-Lok® metal turkey-trussing device allows processors to increase line speeds while giving a compact, attractive appearance to the turkey.
The Clucker-Truss®
are elastic string ties designed to firmly hold the legs and wings
of birds close to the body, facilitating roasting or rotisserie
cooking.
The Rotisserie Clamp® provides easy color-coded identification of rotisserie flavors as well as a simple and effective clamp that securely holds the legs of birds in a consistent position.
The Nylon Skewers are ideal for adhering two meat items together, while also eliminating the nuisance of broken or splintered toothpicks as well as concerns of placing metal objects in your meat product.
The I.D. Links are used to provide easy visual identification for dairy and beef cattle herds. The injection molded, color-coded plastic links clip onto existing ear tags, and can be used to identify cows by milking string, somatic cell count, posilac/BST, and timed Al.
SERVICES:
Other Volk divisions include both Injection Molding and Wire Forming, which produce items for the food, building material, and leisure industries.
