Injection Molding

Description

Injection molding is a process in which plastic pellets are melted and injected under high pressure into a mold cavity. The molded parts are then ejected, and the process repeats. The finished products can then be used as is, or as a component of other products. Volk Enterprises has perfected the art of injection molding and typically runs very fast cycle times, producing large quantities of product in a very short time.

Currently Volk produces approximately 400,000,000 parts per year in our customer-friendly environment located in California's Central Valley. Volk's state-of-the-art manufacturing headquarters can provide next-day delivery throughout northern and southern California. We guarantee competitive pricing and the best customer service.
