Timers
Description
The
Vue-Temp Timer accurately measures the internal temperature of
meats and poultry as they cook. As the meat's temperature rises,
the stem of the Vue-Temp recedes into its barrel, indicating whether
the meat is rare, medium, or well done.
Features
Accurate Temperature Measurement
As the cooking process approaches completion, the stem of the
timer indicates the exact doneness level of the meat. The Vue-Temp
is not affected by factors like inaccurate ovens, variations in
barometric pressure, or irregular cuts of meat.
Reduces
Waste
The Vue-Temp prevents excessive shrinkage of
meat and loss of moisture because the cook knows just when to
remove the meat from the oven. Reduced waste means bigger profits.
Times the Rest of the Meal
As the indicator recedes into the barrel, the cook knows precisely
when to prepare the rest of the meal.
Microwave and Barbecue Compatible
The Vue-Temp Timer can be used in conventional, convection, and
microwave ovens, as well as in barbecues.
