The non metallic, nylon Skewer is a handy device that is designed to enhance the presentation of fillets, tournedos or pinwheels. The Skewer provides an upscale look for any high end food product. It inserts easily into the meat keeping intact stuffed or rolled entrees, for a neat appearance.

The Skewer eliminates the need for wooden products or toothpicks that can splinter or string tying – simply hold food item in place and secure with the Skewer. It is made of non metallic food grade material so it will not cause interference with metal detectors. Available in three colors.
